TL;DR
Enrollment Specialist (Healthcare): Talk to prospective cancer patients and caregivers, educate them on free support services, and enroll them into program with an accent on building trust through deep listening and empathy. Focus on conducting 80-100 outbound calls daily, documenting member needs, obtaining consents, and escalating urgent issues while meeting productivity and quality metrics.
Location: Remote within the lower 48 United States due to contractual limitations with accessing PHIs. Shift: 9:00am–5:30pm EST, Monday through Friday. Private, quiet working environment with reliable high-speed internet required.
Salary: $24.03/hour. Bonus potential: up to $2,500 per quarter (up to $10,000 annually) after 90-day probation.

What you will do
- Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to eligible prospective members to inform them of services and support options.
- Build trusting relationships through active listening, empathy, and understanding individual needs.
- Explain program benefits, obtain consents, conduct enrollment surveys, and document preferences accurately.
- Escalate urgent member needs following policies and procedures.
- Participate in coaching sessions, apply feedback, and meet quality and productivity goals.
Requirements
- Experience in sales roles with skills in building trust, listening deeply, and overcoming objections; or recent college graduate with 1+ years in fast-paced environment.
- Member-first approach, metrics-focused mindset, growth-oriented with humility.
- Effective communicator who prioritizes listening and builds rapport.
- Comfortable with Zoom, Google Suite, Slack, and learning new tools quickly.
- Must operate in a private, quiet, secure environment with reliable high-speed internet during shifts.
- Must be located within the lower 48 United States.
