What you will do

• Lead multiple engineering teams to ship new features across the console, APIs, and developer workflows.
• Partner with Product and GTM teams to shape strategy and convert roadmaps into technical scopes and milestones.
• Hire, mentor, and grow engineering managers and senior ICs in a remote-first culture.
• Drive the full feature lifecycle from discovery and architecture reviews to QA and rollout.
• Improve engineering flow using metrics like cycle time, throughput, and defect failure rates.
• Provide architectural oversight for product systems to ensure scalability and coherence without becoming a bottleneck.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading software engineering teams, including managers and squads (up to 80+ people).
• 8+ years of experience building SaaS, platforms, or developer-facing products.
• Proven track record of shipping customer-facing products from concept to launch.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Experience managing and scaling distributed, remote-first teams.
• Strong proficiency in using delivery metrics to improve team flow and reliability.

Nice to have

• Experience building cloud or developer platforms, APIs, or workflow-heavy products.
• Expertise in AI/ML product surfaces such as job orchestration UX, model deployment flows, or observability dashboards.
• Track record of scaling product teams in high-growth environments.
• Open-source contributions or recognition within developer communities.
