What you will do

• Lead team on hirify.global Cloud and Agentic Data Plane development and operations
• Own end-to-end roadmap: scoping, prioritization, execution, and launches
• Drive operational excellence including incident response, on-call, SLOs, and day-2 ops
• Coach engineers, provide feedback, hire, onboard, and retain talent
• Partner with Product to shape roadmap and translate priorities into plans
• Collaborate with Customer Success to unblock issues and prioritize features

Requirements

• 7+ years software engineering, building/operating enterprise SaaS
• 3+ years managing technical teams with delivery track record
• Expertise in cloud infra/ops: AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes, distributed systems
• Familiarity with agentic AI processes and AI-assisted dev lifecycles
• Strong communication, technical leadership, empathy for customers/teammates
• Comfortable in fast-growing remote distributed environment

Nice to have

• Golang proficiency or recent hands-on tech experience
• Expertise in Linux for production services
• Experience with data streaming, AI/ML infra, databases, distributed storage at scale
• Enabling AI code gen tools to boost velocity and quality
