Location: Hybrid; must be based in or be able to relocate to the New York City metropolitan area (3 days per week in-office).
Salary: $210,000 – $240,000

What you will do
- Manage and coach squads of AI-empowered engineers through feedback and career development.
- Lead the development and delivery of provider-facing product features in collaboration with product and design partners.
- Drive technical decisions and system design, balancing long-term scalability with near-term delivery.
- Maintain production reliability and performance, including participation in on-call rotations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, product, and clinical subject matter experts.
- Contribute to the codebase when needed to unblock the team or gain hands-on understanding.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to the New York City metropolitan area.
- 6+ years of software engineering experience (primarily Frontend or Full-stack).
- 2+ years of experience leading teams of 5 or more developers.
- Proficiency with Python and/or TypeScript.
- Experience with AI coding tools, AI agents, and AWS cloud infrastructure.

- Experience working in an enterprise SaaS environment or health tech.
