Salary: $210,000 – $240,000

What you will do

• Manage and coach squads of AI-empowered engineers through feedback and career development.
• Lead the development and delivery of provider-facing product features in collaboration with product and design partners.
• Drive technical decisions and system design, balancing long-term scalability with near-term delivery.
• Maintain production reliability and performance, including participation in on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, product, and clinical subject matter experts.
• Contribute to the codebase when needed to unblock the team or gain hands-on understanding.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to the New York City metropolitan area.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience (primarily Frontend or Full-stack).
• 2+ years of experience leading teams of 5 or more developers.
• Proficiency with Python and/or TypeScript.
• Experience with AI coding tools, AI agents, and AWS cloud infrastructure.

Nice to have

• Experience working in an enterprise SaaS environment or health tech.
