What you will do

• Execute multi-channel demand generation and ABM campaigns to engage ICPs and drive qualified pipeline.
• Develop account plans and targeted messaging with sales and marketing leadership.
• Architect and manage HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, automation, and integrations.
• Optimize marketing tech stack including ZoomInfo, Nooks, Dripify, and ad platforms.
• Enable SDRs and sales with data, personas, and outreach sequences.
• Plan industry events, webinars, and manage lead nurturing and attribution reporting.

Requirements

• Remote from Mexico.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 4–8+ years in B2B SaaS/enterprise marketing focused on demand gen, ABM, growth.
• Expert HubSpot Marketing Hub experience (certification preferred).
• Hands-on with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, paid channels.
• Strong analytics, attribution, reporting skills.
• Excellent English communication; collaborate with sales/revenue teams.
• Highly organized for fast-paced environment.
