What you will do

• Grow existing customer accounts focusing on expansion, upsell, and long-term value creation.
• Mitigate churn by helping clients align the solution to their specific business issues.
• Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships across cybersecurity, IT, and procurement stakeholders.
• Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle for mid-length deals (approx. 6 months).
• Partner with Sales Engineers and internal teams to deliver tailored technical solutions.
• Execute strategic account plans to drive retention and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven success in account management or expansion-focused sales roles.
• Ability to navigate and influence multiple stakeholders within complex organizations.
• Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on value discovery.
• Experience owning deals end-to-end with sales cycles of 4–8 months.
• Must be based in Illinois
• Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology is a plus.
