What you will do

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for laptop fleet (MacOS and Windows) and office IT infrastructure.
  • Deliver onsite support at Dandenong South, Melbourne HQ, including for manufacturing and supply chain systems.
  • Manage helpdesk queries, incidents, and KPIs reporting to management.
  • Provision, manage, and ensure compliance of devices and accounts with policy and audit requirements.
  • Support Teams rooms, meeting tech (YeaLink), and act as bridge between technical teams and non-technical users.
  • Handle onboarding/offboarding, asset lifecycle, vendor liaison, and contribute to IT projects like rollouts and migrations.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years' IT support experience (junior candidates with up to 2 years also welcome); relevant degree or certifications (CompTIA, ITIL, Microsoft) are a plus.
  • Solid technical fundamentals across Windows/macOS support, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi), Intune, remote tools (e.g. TeamViewer), and meeting room setup.
  • Service desk savvy with ticketing platforms (Zendesk), incident/request/problem management, and clear documentation.
  • End-to-end ownership of onboarding/offboarding, asset lifecycle, vendor liaison, and IT projects (rollouts, migrations, upgrades).
  • Strong communicator able to translate tech for non-technical users and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Analytical, adaptable, collaborative problem-solver keen to learn.
