What you will do

• Lead and provide technical support to junior administrators.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose desktop computer systems and peripheral equipment.
• Oversee the IT Asset Management (ITAM) program, including licensing, inventory, and disposal.
• Perform data backups, restores, and disaster recovery operations.
• Research and recommend system upgrades, managing budgets and purchase orders.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems and network administration.
• Proven experience in writing specific IT documentation and QSDs.
• Proficiency in current Microsoft products and networking fundamentals.
• Ability to identify and automate repetitive IT tasks.
• Experience delivering technical presentations to audiences with varying expertise.
