- Manage and optimise Objective applications in customer environments to ensure smooth operation and meet SLAs.
- Investigate and troubleshoot escalated issues, providing smart solutions.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and teammates.
- Identify inefficiencies and leverage automation to improve processes.
- Collaborate with experienced experts, sharing ideas and contributing to team success.
- Build knowledge of products and environments, growing expertise daily and build strong, positive relationships.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in technical support, devops, IT services, or IT operation roles.
- Experience working within an enterprise software vendor or SaaS company is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of databases, servers, and operating systems (Windows or Unix).
- Experience with coding or scripting and an interest in automation.
- Exposure to system administration and cloud platforms.
- Applicants must be Australian citizens and be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
