What you will do

• Run day-to-day IT operations for a hirify.global office or region, including endpoint management, on-site support, vendor coordination, and new-site buildouts.
• Own a portfolio of SaaS systems end-to-end, including lifecycle, configuration, governance, procurement input, and capacity planning.
• Operate the global office network and zero-trust mesh, as well as the cloud firewall rules and segmentation.
• Partner with the Helpdesk team on Tier-2 escalations and with Information Security on identity, network, and SaaS controls.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience with project-driven tasks.
• Comfortable working across teams and locations.
• Experience with macOS and Windows administration at scale (MDM, Intune, security baselines).
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (VPN, firewalls, DNS, office-network design).
• Experience with cloud network security across AWS, Azure, and GCP; infrastructure-as-code (Pulumi or Terraform).
• Experience with SaaS administration (IAM, SAML / SCIM, vendor management, lifecycle management).

Nice to have

• Experience with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, 1Password, Lumos, Jamf, Apple Business Manager, and CrowdStrike.
• Experience with Neat video conferencing, Tailscale, Zoom, Meraki, and Verkada.
