What you will do

• Coordinate staffing and travel logistics for mobile television units and centralized production facilities.
• Manage scheduling software and prepare detailed production books for each project.
• Acquire international documentation including carnets, permits, and passports for shows outside the US.
• Collaborate with Mobile Unit Coordinators to assess and fill equipment requirements via internal inventory or external vendors.
• Oversee administrative tasks, including the approval of timesheets, expense reports, and the compilation of billing invoices.
• Act as a Project Coordinator for large-scale events such as the Superbowl or NBA All-Star.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Event Planning, Logistics, and Project Coordination.
• Must be based in Pittsburgh, PA.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Sports/Event Management, or a related field (desired).
• Strong professional communication skills and the ability to multitask under strict deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with crewing.
• Knowledge of broadcast management, technology, and live production for major commercial and TV networks.
