What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation to closeout.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Partner across hirify.global and Telemundo teams to drive alignment and accountability.
• Facilitate large, complex cross-functional meetings and manage project risks and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools to monitor project health.
• Apply project management best practices including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Miami, FL area
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (excellent writing and grammar)
• PMP Certification is a must
• Minimum of three years of project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Film/TV production, Operations, Engineering, or related field

Nice to have

• Experience with agile methodologies and tools
• LEAN/CAP training and experience
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification
• Operational experience in large scale media environments
