Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead multi-shift production operations (1st, 2nd, and future 3rd shift) to ensure continuous coverage and on-time shipment for critical state programs.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues within production departments, specifically driving throughput optimization across MX6100 platforms.
- Manage production reports to monitor profits, plans, and budgets while minimizing labor overtime through effective scheduling.
- Partner with Engineering and IT teams to resolve machine, data, and personalization system issues.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for the production team, working with HR on discipline as needed.
- Maintain strict adherence to PCI, NASPO, and secure manufacturing standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
- 3-5+ years of leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing.
- Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality standards, and general manufacturing practices.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Datacard (Entrust) machines, including job setups and card layout configurations.
- Willingness to work extended hours, including Saturdays, to cover peak production periods.

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in plastic cards, printing, bindery, or fulfillment industries.
