What you will do

• Supervise and coach a diverse manufacturing team, assisting technicians throughout the tool build process.
• Manage build roadmaps and workorder schedules to ensure priorities are completed and adjusted for customer requirements.
• Implement Lean Six Sigma techniques and enhance 5S workspace systems in collaboration with Lean Practitioners.
• Maintain strict ISO compliance and provide detailed production metrics reports and GEMBA walks.
• Coordinate material transactions within the SAP environment and manage shop supplies and inventory.

Requirements

• High School Diploma with at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supervising personnel within an ISO or FDA regulated manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading technical documents, schematics, mechanical drawings, and Bills of Materials.
• Experience using an MRP system, with SAP knowledge highly preferred.
• Ability to work 1st shift from 7:30am to 4:00pm.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Horsham, PA.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with high precision products in a vacuum environment.
• Semiconductor equipment, inspection, and clean room experience.
