Location: Onsite in Kent, Washington

Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop team members, managing scheduling, training, and performance.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment with a focus on on-time delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Kaizen methodologies.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards, quality controls, and company governance.
  • Partner with Customer Service and leadership to optimize the order flow from entry to shipment.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 4+ years of leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, or distribution.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive results through others.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in doors, frames, or hardware.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and process improvement.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and production scheduling.
  • General understanding of the commercial construction industry.
