What you will do

• Manage technical aspects of product and process transfers to manufacturing partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Develop and execute process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ), including protocol creation and report documentation.
• Provide day-to-day engineering support for manufacturing operations, focusing on troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Implement Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield and efficiency.
• Identify and support cost-saving and Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manufacturing partners to resolve technical issues and meet operational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field with 2 years of experience, or an advanced degree in a technical field.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire (Sponsorship is not available for this level).
• Experience with technical execution of product and process transfers in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform full-time onsite work in Memphis, TN with up to 10% travel.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of direct manufacturing experience.
• Understanding of validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ), PFMEA, and Lean/Six Sigma principles.
• Knowledge of machining, molding, assembly, welding, finishing, and Gage R&R.
