What you will do

• Solve production problems and implement innovative solutions through detailed root cause analysis.
• Monitor process and equipment performance to optimize yield, efficiency, and throughput.
• Design fixtures, acquire tooling, and perform equipment qualifications.
• Execute process validations, author test protocols, and generate technical reports.
• Develop product and process specifications and optimize them using statistical techniques.
• Train assembly and quality control staff on processes, equipment, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical, Chemical, Materials, or Industrial Engineering.
• Willingness and ability to work on site in Roseville, CA.
• 1+ year of relevant engineering experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the medical device industry.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and Lean/Flow Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
