Salary: $80,000.00 to $90,500.00

What you will do

• Direct and support team members to ensure production and material support plans are achieved.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Shipping, Training, and Engineering teams to optimize workflows.
• Drive team development and improvement through active coaching and mentoring.
• Lead continuous improvement via product teams, Tier meetings, and root cause/corrective action activities.
• Manage operational KPI targets utilizing the Lean Management System (PULSE).

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Pittsburgh, PA.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Technical Associates or 4-year college degree preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functionally and foster a diverse, forward-thinking mindset.
• Ability to meet demanding physical requirements including constant standing, walking, and lifting.

Nice to have

• Direct supervisory experience.
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing Concepts.
