What you will do

• Provide daily production support, including resolving tooling and fixture problems and training personnel.
• Lead projects for process improvements, root cause investigations, and implementation of CAPA.
• Drive cost reduction activities and support new product releases and enhancements.
• Manage weekly meetings to review manufacturing and quality data.
• Support purchasing and materials teams with technical expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a technical discipline (BSME or BSEE preferred).
• 2 years of direct floor support experience in an electro-mechanical assembly and functional test environment.
• Working knowledge of PCB fabrication, assembly, Functional Test, HASS, molding, and machining.
• Experience with product structures, BOMs, and MRP systems.
• Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing and Six Sigma or similar structured problem-solving processes.
• Proficiency in creating validation and pFMEA documentation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with FDA QSR documentation requirements.
• Familiarity with ISO-9000 standards.
