What you will do

• Deliver advanced technical solutions for high-stakes problems involving site positioning systems, GNSS receivers, and machine guidance.
• Perform rigorous system acceptance testing on new software and hardware to represent the end-user in the product development lifecycle.
• Create high-impact technical communications, including digital documentation and instructional videos.
• Diagnose and resolve complex workflow defects within office and field software environments to ensure zero project downtime.
• Partner with regional service centers and internal engineering teams to provide elite-level training and operational support.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in construction software (TBC, WorksOS) and field systems like Siteworks or machine control.
• Professional proficiency in operating surveying equipment, including Total Stations, GNSS, and drones.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data sets from AutoCAD Civil 3D or GIS environments.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 55 lbs and navigating active construction sites.
• Location: Must be based in or work onsite in Westminster, CO or Dayton, OH.

Nice to have

• Degree in Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Prior experience as a Survey Engineer, Lead Surveyor, or Data Prep Specialist.
• Experience in developing multimedia training content or technical support bulletins.
