What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive city and agency leadership.
- Translate operational realities and community needs into service improvements and revenue opportunities.
- Analyze service performance data to provide actionable recommendations for growth and efficiency.
- Negotiate complex, multi-year contract renewals and service expansions.
- Advocate internally for partner needs and champion new product capabilities.
- Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as consulting or customer success.
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
- Proven experience in relationship building within high-stakes or politically sensitive environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving settings.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to team success.
