What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive city and agency leadership.
  • Translate operational realities and community needs into service improvements and revenue opportunities.
  • Analyze service performance data to provide actionable recommendations for growth and efficiency.
  • Negotiate complex, multi-year contract renewals and service expansions.
  • Advocate internally for partner needs and champion new product capabilities.
  • Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as consulting or customer success.
  • Strong quantitative skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
  • Proven experience in relationship building within high-stakes or politically sensitive environments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving settings.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to team success.
