Salary: $31.25/hr - $32.81/hr (approx. $65,000 - $68,244 annually).

• Provide technical software support, setup, and implementation guidance via email and phone.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in or near Boise, ID.
• Ability to travel during the second week of employment for mandatory training.
• Experience providing live support via phone and email.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
