Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences (or equivalent experience).
• Must be based in or able to work in Boise, ID.
• Experience providing live technical support and troubleshooting via phone and email.
• Strong proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Availability to travel during the second week of employment for mandatory training.
