TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (GIS): Leading the customer success function for enterprise clients across the Americas with an accent on technical advisory for infrastructure and utility workflows. Focus on driving digital transformation, ensuring high net retention, and bridging the gap between advanced photogrammetry software and tangible business ROI.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Greenwood Village, Colorado (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office)

Salary: $120,000–$135,000 base + quarterly bonuses

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of 3 CS Specialists supporting enterprise clients in North and South America.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in photogrammetry, GIS, and remote sensing to drive client adoption.
  • Manage the technical transition from pre-sales to implementation for engineering and utility projects.
  • Own net retention and identify expansion or upsell opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align software capabilities with client KPIs.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to influence product roadmaps and engineering priorities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to Greenwood Village, Colorado
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Sales.
  • Deep industry expertise in GIS, UAVs, Photogrammetry, and Remote Sensing.
  • Strong background in civil infrastructure, utilities, telecommunications, or construction management.
  • Proven leadership experience managing technical or high-functioning teams.
  • Willingness to travel 20-30% for site visits and industry conferences.

Nice to have

  • Professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Hands-on experience with the hirify.global ecosystem.
  • Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
