Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in New York, NY). Relocation assistance available for candidates outside NY/NJ.

Salary: $124,000–$155,000

What you will do

• Lead high-priority strategic initiatives and translate findings into crisp strategy documents and executive recommendations.
• Analyze performance data and build complex financial models to forecast revenue drivers and identify trends.
• Produce executive-facing communications, including board materials, all-hands presentations, and monthly/weekly business reviews.
• Leverage AI tools to automate workflows and streamline operational processes across all Revenue teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, RevOps, Product, and Analytics to design key operational processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, strategy & operations, or revenue strategy.
• Strong financial modeling skills with experience building and maintaining complex, detailed models.
• Ability to work from first principles to structure ambiguous problems and derive actionable insights.
• Proven executive presence and comfort presenting complex analysis to senior leadership.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce polished, executive-ready work products.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to the New York/New Jersey area.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL.
• Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.
