TL;DR
Lead Product Manager (Fintech): Defining and owning outcomes for the core pricing lifecycle product, including subscription management and pricing models, with an accent on product discovery and strategic planning. Location: Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate to the US (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office).
Salary: $195K – $220K + Equity

What you will do
- Define feature scope through product discovery and close collaboration with workstreams.
- Identify and deliver the smallest possible unit of value to maintain a high shipping velocity.
- Lead customer calls and research to gather feedback and inform the product roadmap.
- Draft comprehensive product strategies that translate ambiguity into defined plans for business impact.
- Manage a diverse workflow across bug fixes, discovery, and launch planning.
- Establish product practices and processes to ensure scalable delivery as the company grows.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS.
- Strong record of delivering impact on customer outcomes and company goals.
- Ability to advocate for customer needs while balancing business priorities.
- Expertise in building partnerships with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience applying product discovery and optimization techniques to resolve ambiguity.
- Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate.
Nice to have
- Experience working on sales-led or platform products.
- Experience in an early-stage B2B startup environment.
- Strong passion for user research and direct customer interaction.
