TL;DR

Lead Product Manager (Fintech): Defining and owning outcomes for the core pricing lifecycle product, including subscription management and pricing models, with an accent on product discovery and strategic planning. Focus on turning ambiguity into actionable plans to drive customer outcomes and business impact.

Location: Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate to the US (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office).

Salary: $195K – $220K + Equity

What you will do

  • Define feature scope through product discovery and close collaboration with workstreams.
  • Identify and deliver the smallest possible unit of value to maintain a high shipping velocity.
  • Lead customer calls and research to gather feedback and inform the product roadmap.
  • Draft comprehensive product strategies that translate ambiguity into defined plans for business impact.
  • Manage a diverse workflow across bug fixes, discovery, and launch planning.
  • Establish product practices and processes to ensure scalable delivery as the company grows.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong record of delivering impact on customer outcomes and company goals.
  • Ability to advocate for customer needs while balancing business priorities.
  • Expertise in building partnerships with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience applying product discovery and optimization techniques to resolve ambiguity.
  • Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate.

Nice to have

  • Experience working on sales-led or platform products.
  • Experience in an early-stage B2B startup environment.
  • Strong passion for user research and direct customer interaction.
