What you will do

• Own product projects from discovery through delivery with clear goals and success criteria.
• Translate high-level product direction into concrete requirements, plans, and decisions.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to build high-quality product experiences.
• Lead product discovery to understand user needs and validate solutions.
• Drive day-to-day execution, keeping work on track and surfacing risks or blockers.
• Use data and user feedback to evaluate impact and inform product iteration.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience working as a Product Manager.
• Experience delivering product work in fast-moving or ambiguous environments.
• Ability to break down problems and make progress without step-by-step instruction.
• Proactive and clear communication with cross-functional partners.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership over commitments.
• Must be based in the USA
