What you will do

  • Own the P&L for a core product portfolio, including lending, savings, budgeting, and AI-driven tools.
  • Define and execute the overarching product strategy, pricing, and packaging across multiple lines.
  • Lead the transformation from a single-product transactional model to a multi-product financial ecosystem.
  • Drive product-led growth strategies to complement marketing and credit-driven acquisition.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product organization of managers and senior ICs.
  • Partner with engineering, design, credit, and finance to align roadmap decisions with business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building and scaling consumer fintech, lending, or credit products at significant scale.
  • Experience at Director level or equivalent with prior people management responsibilities.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong ability to define product strategy from scratch and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Deep understanding of business metrics including revenue, profitability, and credit-related KPIs.
  • Ability to operate in high-growth, ambiguous environments requiring fast, high-impact decision-making.
