Location: US-based remote, option to work from New York City office

Salary: 225,000–250,000 USDC annually (US-based) + 175,000–200,000 ORCA tokens over 4 years

What you will do

• Partner with executives to define product strategy and build prioritized roadmaps with measurable outcomes
• Own full product portfolio including prioritization, trade-offs, and investment decisions
• Lead, mentor, and grow product managers, designers, and researchers
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, business development, and marketing
• Define and track product KPIs to foster data-driven decisions
• Synthesize customer and market insights to guide product direction and ensure disciplined execution

Requirements

• 5–10+ years product management experience, including 2+ years in leadership
• Proven track record of driving user growth, engagement, or revenue
• Strong product craftsmanship in discovery, PRDs, prioritization, and validation
• Background in traditional finance, capital markets, or regulated systems required
• Technical fluency to engage with engineering on system tradeoffs
• Data-driven mindset with experience in product metrics
• Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership

• DeFi or crypto experience
• Interest in TradFi and on-chain systems convergence
