Salary: $180,000–$220,000 (Base + OTE)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategies to secure enterprise-level partnerships with hospitals, health systems, telehealth companies, and health plans.
  • Build the sales playbook for high-value healthcare customers and mentor future Account Executives.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts using Salesforce for tracking and reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales with a proven track record of securing high-value deals.
  • Demonstrated success selling into the healthcare sector (hospitals, health systems, telehealth providers, or health plans).
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, including regulatory environments, compliance, and decision-making processes.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to engage and influence C-level executives.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing enterprise deals exceeding $500K in total contract value.
  • Established professional network within the healthcare sector.
  • Knowledge of Food Service Operations and state/local regulations regarding nutrition delivery to residential programs.
  • Passion for the "food as medicine" concept or a background in nutrition and wellness.
  • Experience working in startup or high-growth environments.
