Salary: $180,000–$220,000 (Base + OTE)

What you will do
- Develop and execute strategies to secure enterprise-level partnerships with hospitals, health systems, telehealth companies, and health plans.
- Build the sales playbook for high-value healthcare customers and mentor future Account Executives.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, including lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts using Salesforce for tracking and reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales with a proven track record of securing high-value deals.
- Demonstrated success selling into the healthcare sector (hospitals, health systems, telehealth providers, or health plans).
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, including regulatory environments, compliance, and decision-making processes.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to engage and influence C-level executives.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience managing enterprise deals exceeding $500K in total contract value.
- Established professional network within the healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of Food Service Operations and state/local regulations regarding nutrition delivery to residential programs.
- Passion for the "food as medicine" concept or a background in nutrition and wellness.
- Experience working in startup or high-growth environments.
