What you will do
- Own strategic partnerships, ensuring revenue commitments, retention, and prominent featuring in partners' channels.
- Proactively expand business relationships and identify revenue opportunities with enterprise partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally for efficient partner onboarding, implementation, and revenue recognition.
- Drive program management, partnership health checks, and execution of partner-specific projects like custom features.
- Coordinate internal teams to meet SLAs, manage initiatives, and deliver business requirements with timelines.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in client-facing Retirement, Wealth Management, or Client Success roles at Financial Services SaaS company.
- Strong 401(k) industry experience.
- Excellent project management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit, strategic thinking, and senior management collaboration experience.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Asana, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace.
- Process improvement and independent workload management skills.
