What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for all daily client communication and account oversight.
• Host weekly meetings, craft agendas, and manage action items for key accounts.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate client feedback and resolve bugs.
• Project manage catalog updates, marketing campaigns, and ad hoc reporting requests.
• Analyze account performance and deliver optimization presentations to key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with onboarding and implementation teams to integrate new acquisition clinics.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in account management.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills for communication with senior leadership.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a heavy emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Unable to sponsor work visas.
