Salary: $75,000 base / $150,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle, including outreach, discovery, demo, closing, and handoff.
  • Sell child care management platforms and fintech solutions (tuition collection, subsidy processing) to providers of all sizes.
  • Manage a healthy pipeline through a combination of inbound follow-up and outbound field activity.
  • Educate operators on improving enrollment, teacher recruiting, and family retention.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and provide accurate sales forecasting.

Requirements

  • 2 to 6+ years of experience in B2B or SMB sales, preferably selling to small business owners.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota numbers.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Disciplined approach to follow-ups and pipeline management.
  • Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, CA for field and hybrid requirements.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in SaaS or Fintech.
  • Experience selling into service-based businesses.
