TL;DR

VP of Account Management (Fintech): Building, managing, and scaling large revenue-driving enterprise partnerships with an accent on strategic execution and long-term relationship management. Focus on designing GTM efforts, implementing operating models, and driving measurable P&L impact.

Location: Hybrid in New York, San Francisco, and Salt Lake City (2-3 days per week). Must be based in the US; relocation assistance is available for candidates outside the hub cities.

Salary: $340,000 — $425,000 USD (for Tier 1 markets; other US locations adjusted by cost of labor index).

What you will do

  • Launch and scale new strategic enterprise partnerships aligned with growth objectives.
  • Define operating models and joint business plans, including financial modeling and legal agreements.
  • Manage and expand relationships with the company's largest strategic partners to maximize value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to drive GTM efforts.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of business development professionals.
  • Track and report on partnership performance metrics to ensure accountability and growth.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in FinTech/SaaS business development or strategic account management.
  • Proven track record of sourcing, structuring, and closing complex, high-impact enterprise deals.
  • Strong ability to deliver results through both launch and post-launch phases.
  • Exceptional leadership experience in building and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Highly analytical mindset with a deep understanding of B2B and B2C FinTech models.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
