Salary: $50,000 base, $100,000+ OTE

What you will do

• Sell Genius® POS and hirify.global solutions to small and mid-sized merchants.
• Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Conduct engaging product presentations and live demos to showcase platform benefits.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to finalizing contracts.
• Maintain accurate client records and pipeline activity in Atlas and Salesforce CRM.
• Upsell and cross-sell existing clients on additional hirify.global services.

Requirements

• Must reside within the area of Cincinnati, Ohio.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven "hunter" mindset.
• Minimum age of 18 years.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of B2B, SaaS, or POS sales experience.
• Experience in restaurant and/or retail environments.
• College degree.
