What you will do
- Convert qualified leads generated by Inside Sales and SDR teams into successful closures.
- Generate new leads through outbound prospecting in collaboration with marketing and customer success teams.
- Develop and execute detailed business plans to achieve sales goals and quotas.
- Conduct deep discovery of customer business priorities to offer tailored product solutions.
- Partner with Technical Sales Engineers to prepare and deliver product demos.
- Upsell additional products and services to existing customers to drive account expansion.
Requirements
- 8+ years of strong experience in customer-facing technology sales (SMB, Mid-market, or Enterprise).
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a relevant discipline (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record in account management and 360-degree problem solving.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for building customer trust and credibility.
- Experience working with customers virtually and willingness to travel as required.
- Must be based in or authorized to work in the United States (Seattle, WA).
Nice to have
- Experience or deep understanding of the spa, salon, fitness, or beauty & wellness industry.
- Professional background in Fintech SaaS Sales.
