What you will do

  • Convert qualified leads generated by Inside Sales and SDR teams into successful closures.
  • Generate new leads through outbound prospecting in collaboration with marketing and customer success teams.
  • Develop and execute detailed business plans to achieve sales goals and quotas.
  • Conduct deep discovery of customer business priorities to offer tailored hirify.global product solutions.
  • Partner with Technical Sales Engineers to prepare and deliver product demos.
  • Upsell additional products and services to existing customers to drive account expansion.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of strong experience in customer-facing technology sales (SMB, Mid-market, or Enterprise).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a relevant discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record in account management and 360-degree problem solving.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for building customer trust and credibility.
  • Experience working with customers virtually and willingness to travel as required.
  • Must be based in or authorized to work in the United States (Seattle, WA).

Nice to have

  • Experience or deep understanding of the spa, salon, fitness, or beauty & wellness industry.
  • Professional background in Fintech SaaS Sales.
