TL;DR

Head Of Strategic Alliances (HRTech): Owning the field-level alliance motion with strategic embedded partners across North America with an accent on pipeline generation and revenue growth. Focus on building executive relationships, activating the partner ecosystem, and managing a team of Strategic Alliance Leads.

Salary: $302,440 — $425,300 USD

What you will do

  • Build and manage ground-level relationships with strategic embedded partners' field organizations and sales leadership in NAMER.
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue for Global Payroll, EOR, and Contractor Management solutions.
  • Hire, onboard, and lead a high-performance team of Strategic Alliance Leads.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Sales Enablement to create partner-facing collateral and campaigns.
  • Execute disciplined co-sell strategies and maintain reporting on pipeline conversion and relationship health.
  • Organize and attend partner and customer events to serve as a pipeline engine.

Requirements

  • Deep experience with Strategic Alliance partners and enterprise selling motions.
  • Proven track record of driving partner-sourced pipeline in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Experience building, hiring, and managing high-performance teams.
  • Ability to travel 50–70%.
  • Must be based in the US or Canada.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
