TL;DR
Strategic B2B Account Executive (Healthcare): Execute full-cycle enterprise sales with national employer accounts, sourcing, qualifying, negotiating, and closing complex deals with an accent on building long-term partnerships and driving revenue growth. Focus on navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees, developing executive relationships, and overachieving quota targets.
Location: Remote in United States (most states except Hawaii; must be based on the West Coast to support travel requirements)
Salary: $210.8K – $235.6K (includes base salary plus bonus; offers equity)

What you will do
- Source, qualify, negotiate, and close complex deals with national employer accounts
- Build and maintain a 3x pipeline of employer opportunities
- Develop executive relationships and craft compelling business cases
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees in HR and benefits landscape
- Scale successful strategies into repeatable playbooks for sustained revenue growth
- Meet with clients and attend events as needed
Requirements
- 7+ years in healthcare or health tech sales, selling technology-enabled solutions to employers in benefits/HR
- 5+ years carrying quota in outbound sales/account management/business development (top 25% performance)
- 3+ years with enterprise clients (3,000+ employees)
- Experience in external customer-facing roles with succinct communication
- Experience selling to HR, health plans, brokers/consultants, and executive decision makers
- Must be based on the West Coast to support travel

- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting
