What you will do

  • Manage and coach a team of 7-10 Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Develop and execute bespoke regional strategies and execution plans for the Western Region.
  • Hire, train, and mentor sales talent to turn potential into performance.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to ignite and sustain pipeline growth.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing vital insights to Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience smashing quotas in the enterprise software/SaaS sector.
  • 3+ years of experience leading high-caliber sales teams.
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex deals with C-level customers.
  • Ability to lead a metrics-driven organization balancing enterprise and semi-transactional business.
  • Must be based in Chicago or west of Chicago.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
