Salary: $227,520–$316,000 USD

What you will do
- Manage and coach a team of 7-10 Enterprise Account Executives.
- Develop and execute bespoke regional strategies and execution plans for the Western Region.
- Hire, train, and mentor sales talent to turn potential into performance.
- Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to ignite and sustain pipeline growth.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing vital insights to Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience smashing quotas in the enterprise software/SaaS sector.
- 3+ years of experience leading high-caliber sales teams.
- Proven track record of closing large, complex deals with C-level customers.
- Ability to lead a metrics-driven organization balancing enterprise and semi-transactional business.
- Must be based in Chicago or west of Chicago.
