Salary: $66,100 – $109,100

What you will do

• Develop distribution-ready reports and predictive models to explain and predict customer behavior.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to meet client data reporting requirements.
• Mine large, complex structured and unstructured datasets to drive business actions based on evidence.
• Create and maintain automated dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau.
• Lead cross-functional projects and provide data-based strategic direction for business issues.
• Mentor less experienced peers and develop documentation standards for data extraction and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or Snowflake.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and develop organizational metrics.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to obtain federal government clearance if working with government contract clients.
