What you will do

• Build and maintain complex financial models using Google Sheets and Excel.
• Develop forecasts and budgets, providing insights on business trends to partners and the General Manager of credit products.
• Automate management reports and coordinate variance analysis for key performance tracking.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support new product development, pricing, and revenue strategies.
• Identify and implement opportunities to simplify and automate finance and accounting processes.
• Collaborate on process improvement, system enhancements, and data governance.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, FP&A, or banking.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fluent English proficiency.

• Experience in financial services, particularly with consumer credit products.
