TL;DR

Financial Analyst (FP&A): Own financial coverage for hirify.global’s serverless product suite, building forecasting models, cost-to-serve frameworks linking GPU utilization to margins, and deal evaluation support. Location: Hybrid prioritizing US offices (Livingston NJ, New York NY, Sunnyvale CA, Bellevue WA); remote considered for candidates >30 miles from office; new hires attend onboarding at hub; quarterly team gatherings; US person required (citizen, green card, refugee/asylee) for export-controlled information.

Salary: $75,000–$110,000 base + discretionary bonus, equity, comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Own rolling forecasts for serverless inference revenue, third-party hosting spend, and SaaS P&Ls with variance analysis and reporting to leadership.
• Build GPU utilization-to-margin models providing real-time breakeven signals across hardware and workloads.
• Develop customer-level cost-to-serve intelligence mapping infrastructure spend to revenue and margin risks.
• Support deal desk with rapid margin modeling and sensitivity analysis for hosting/inference contracts.
• Design AI-assisted workflows automating data assembly, variance narratives, and forecast refreshes.
• Partner with product, sales engineering, and infrastructure to align models with operations.

Requirements

• 3–6 years in FP&A, investment banking, or quantitative finance with ownership of complex forecast models.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (dynamic models, scenario analysis, variance frameworks).
• Experience building cost-to-serve/unit economics models from first principles.
• Translating infrastructure/cloud billing data (e.g., AWS Cost Explorer, GCP) into P&L items.
• Presenting analysis to senior stakeholders with clear commercial narratives.
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or quantitative field.

Nice to have

• Prior experience at cloud infrastructure, AI/ML platform, or SaaS in Finance/RevOps.
• Familiarity with compute/SaaS economics.
• Building AI-assisted analytical workflows.
• ARR-based SaaS metrics and subscription modeling.
