What you will do

• Administer sales compensation plans for the global advertising sales organization.
• Calculate quarterly payouts utilizing SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management (Callidus).
• Execute UAT testing and implementation of sales compensation plan changes and audit payouts for accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales teams to resolve compensation-related issues.
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, finance, and HR to improve data sets and calculation processes.
• Prepare monthly general ledger entries and support financial accounting reporting requirements.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of sales compensation experience, preferably within the technology or media industry.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with automation and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Alteryx.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Callidus) or comparable sales commission software (e.g., Xactly).
