What you will do

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams across design, manufacturing, safety, and product support.
• Drive integration of conceptual designs, performance requirements, serviceability, and compliance.
• Define project scope and coordinate resources across product development, testing, and validation.
• Monitor project progress and costs, resolving technical issues to maintain schedule integrity.
• Oversee the pilot build phase for the flagship battery electric mining truck.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science.
• Experience with Design Process Improvement (DPI) methods and tactical planning for complex machine programs.
• Strong analytical mindset and knowledge of structured problem-solving techniques.
• Understanding of full machine architecture and subsystem interdependencies.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
