Salary: $142,000 - $192,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Own and evolve the global mobility strategy across immigration, remote work, and global assignments.
  • Establish globally consistent policies and decision frameworks for cross-border work and permanent transfers.
  • Build scalable processes and tooling to support global mobility in a remote-first environment.
  • Partner with internal Legal and external counsel to deliver compliant, forward-looking programs.
  • Advise senior leaders on immigration and location decisions, balancing business needs and employee experience.
  • Lead vendor strategy and optimize partnerships with immigration counsel and mobility providers.

Requirements

  • 10–12+ years of experience in global mobility and immigration.
  • Deep expertise in U.S. immigration.
  • Experience owning programs in multi-jurisdiction, remote-first, or distributed environments.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex regulatory ambiguity.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
