What you will do

• Troubleshoot switching, routing, wireless, and circuit-related network incidents.
• Perform configuration tasks such as VLAN updates, port provisioning, and DHCP/DNS validation.
• Participate in site-level network upgrades, hardware refreshes, and modernization initiatives.
• Analyze logs, packet captures, and monitoring data to support root-cause analysis.
• Create and update network engineering documentation, topology diagrams, and runbooks.
• Collaborate with senior engineers during incident bridges and change windows to observe enterprise operations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Networking, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of TCP/IP, OSI model, subnets, routing protocols, and VLANs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Clear communication skills and ability to document technical tasks effectively.
• Interest in Cisco networking technologies (switching, routing, wireless, firewalls).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Wi-Fi troubleshooting or packet analysis tools.
• Introductory coursework or progress toward a CCNA certification.
