What you will do

• Support and maintain user/server networks including wired/wireless LANs, VPNs, SD-WANs, remote access, dynamic routing, switching, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Troubleshoot, monitor network infrastructure, and ensure adherence to IT security standards.
• Report and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain network documentation and manage changes via ServiceNow following ITIL best practices.
• Provide network support, management, and monitoring using tools like NetBox, Cacti, Wireshark, Extreme Cloud IQ, Nagios/Grafana, and Extreme AI Expert.
• Handle incident management, on-call duties, and collaborate with IT infrastructure, security, architecture, and application teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field, or 7+ years of equivalent experience in network support, administration, or engineering.
• Relevant certifications like Network+, CCNP, or CCIE.
• Hands-on experience with TCP/IP, OSI model, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, SD-WAN, WLANs.
• Packet-level troubleshooting with Wireshark, Tcpdump, Ping/Trace tools, Syslog, IPerf, SNMP, NMAP.
• Knowledge of dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) and secure remote access (ZTNA, client VPNs).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work collaboratively or independently.
