What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for complex product surfaces across web and mobile, from problem framing through high-fidelity delivery.
• Design AI-powered experiences for frontline users like maintenance technicians and facility managers, simplifying workflows.
• Think in systems: spot patterns, build for reuse, and contribute to the design system focusing on consistency and scalability.
• Present design work with clear rationale, integrate stakeholder feedback, and champion quality and accessibility.
• Use AI tools to accelerate your design process and elevate output quality.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms, designing for complexity.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with expertise in typography, spacing, color, layout, motion, design systems, and handoff practices.
• Experience designing for AI and data-rich experiences.
• Systems thinker who spots patterns, builds for reuse, and scales design decisions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate intent and influence cross-functional peers.
