What you will do

• Collaborate with clients to thoroughly understand and execute their event goals and vision.
• Own the Event Support Plan and meticulously follow Onsite Quality Assurance checklists.
• Conduct pre-event testing of onsite hardware and software to prevent delivery issues.
• Provide onsite support at global events to ensure flawless delivery and directly support client needs.
• Consult clients on industry best practices to maximize the impact of their events.
• Coordinate event preparation with Hardware, IT, and Logistics teams for seamless execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software or hardware implementation.
• Proven experience in project management, specifically in implementations and process improvement.
• Must be based in the USA and within commuting distance of Lehi, Utah.
• Ability to travel globally (10-15%) and possess a valid passport.
• Experience developing training materials and onboarding new team members or contractors.
• Exceptional communication skills and a consultative approach to client management.

Nice to have

• Experience collaborating on process creation specifically for live event execution.
• Ability to represent product needs for the Event Delivery team in development meetings.
