What you will do

  • Design end-to-end GTM systems architecture across Sales, Marketing, and future post-sales and partnerships motions.
  • Build and own the CRM from first principles, including objects, lifecycle stages, automation, routing, and permissions.
  • Define funnel stages, lead and account lifecycles, and attribution in partnership with Marketing.
  • Build forecasting models and revenue reporting trusted by GTM and Finance teams.
  • Own commissions modeling and comp operations, designing frameworks and quota structures for new functions.
  • Create dashboards for pipeline health, conversion, and capacity, turning them into codified action protocols.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years in GTM Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops, or BizOps at SaaS companies.
  • Proven experience personally standing up a GTM/RevOps function from scratch or near-zero.
  • Deep CRM expertise with the ability to build from first principles and work with raw data.
  • Analytical rigor for building trusted forecasts and compensation models.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with GTM leaders, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
  • Must be based in San Francisco

Nice to have

  • Experience at a usage-based or consumption-pricing SaaS business.
  • Experience hiring and managing an operations team.
  • Familiarity with the AI/ML or developer-tools landscape and technical sales motions.
  • Proficiency in using AI agents, scripts, and automations to increase operational leverage.
