What you will do

• Design and deploy production-grade machine learning and statistical models for identity and measurement.
• Analyze large-scale, high-dimensional datasets to engineer robust features and improve model stability.
• Own end-to-end data science workflows from problem framing to deployment and monitoring.
• Translate complex technical analysis into clear narratives for product and engineering stakeholders.
• Define success metrics and build experimentation frameworks to quantify business impact.
• Mentor team members through code reviews and sharing best practices.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience building and deploying ML solutions in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with experience in modern data processing frameworks.
• Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments like Google Cloud Platform.
• Ability to frame ambiguous business questions as concrete, testable data science problems.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical topics to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with embeddings, representation learning, or large-scale similarity systems.
• Familiarity with vector databases and approximate nearest neighbor search.
• Background in identity, entity resolution, or graph-based modeling in advertising/marketing.
• Knowledge of privacy-preserving data practices and governance.
